Cody Simpson - Owner/Licensee

Cody began his career in the electrical trade the day after graduating high school, gaining hands-on experience while pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration at Pensacola State College. In January of 2024, he earned his Florida Unlimited Electrical Contractor License, followed by Alabama in the spring of 2025. He oversees day-to-day field operations, supervising projects completed by field technicians, and manages all estimates to ensure quality and accuracy.

Known for his dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence, he leads every project with professionalism and care. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing the Gulf Coast, cheering on Alabama football, and spending time with family, while actively supporting local veteran organizations in honor of his father and grandfather.

Haley Simpson - Co-Owner/Office Manager

Haley oversees all administrative operations at Premier Electric Services, from office management and reception to HR, marketing, and day-to-day coordination. She is the friendly voice customers hear when they call the office, ensuring clear communication and excellent service from the very first interaction.

Haley originally pursued a degree in Exceptional Student Education and worked with Escambia County schools and Autism Pensacola before shifting focus to business courses. She earned her Bachelor’s in General Studies from UWF in 2024 and applies her skills to help grow the company every day. Passionate about animal rescue, she fosters kittens and organizes events for Pensacola Foster Kittens, a local non-profit. In her free time, she enjoys Pensacola Beach and boating with her husband.

Cody Resmondo - Field Technician

Cody is a skilled field technician with 4 years of experience in the electrical trade, specializing in new construction. Born and raised in Pensacola, he brings strong local knowledge and a dependable work ethic to every project. Known for his sarcastic sense of humor, Cody is the type of team member who is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. He has completed training to become a Tesla Certified Installer and plans to obtain his Registered Electrician license in Escambia County in the future.

Outside of work, Cody is a proud father of two young daughters and a devoted cat dad to his cat, "Nubbs". He enjoys Alabama football, trying new restaurants around Pensacola, and spending time at the beach whenever he can.

Devin Sauls - Field Technician

Devin is a skilled field technician with 4 years of experience, bringing a wealth of background in new construction along with specialized expertise in standby generator installations. He holds a Generac certification for servicing generators and is known for his craftsmanship, neat work, and attention to detail. Devin takes pride in delivering high-quality work and values the strong relationships he builds with his coworkers.

Outside of work, Devin recently welcomed a son with his girlfriend and enjoys spending his free time with family. When he’s not working or at home, he can often be found playing basketball or cruising around in his Mustang.

Josh Enfinger - Field Technician

Josh is a skilled field technician with 4 years of experience, bringing a strong background in new construction and a talent for troubleshooting. Proactive and highly knowledgeable, Josh is often trusted with service calls where his efficient diagnostics and strong customer service skills consistently stand out. He thrives in a work environment where coworkers are passionate about the trade, and his hilarious sense of humor keeps everyone laughing on the job.

Outside of work, Josh is married with a young daughter and values time spent with his family. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and shooting, making the most of his free time outdoors.

Elijah Melvin - Apprentice

Elijah is a 2nd-year electrical apprentice and has a strong commitment to learning the trade the right way. His favorite part of the job is the people he works with, and he’s known for following direction exactly as given. When something is explained to him, Elijah makes sure it’s done correctly, safely, and in full compliance with electrical code. He asks questions when unsure and takes pride in doing things the right way.

When he’s not working, Elijah enjoys fishing, shooting pool, and playing video games. He is very close with his parents and four siblings and is a devoted cat dad to his cat, "Perry". Elijah is also famously single — and if conversations slow down, he will gladly fill the silence by reminding everyone that he is, in fact, still looking for a girlfriend.

Chayce Becker - Apprentice

Chayce is a first-year electrical apprentice who began his career in the trade right here at Premier Electric Services. He’s eager to learn and enjoys gaining hands-on experience while expanding his knowledge of the electrical field. His favorite part of the job is learning something new every day and continuing to grow within the trade.

He’s especially skilled at attic work and has earned a reputation as our go-to attic squirrel. A Jay, FL local, Chayce enjoys spending his free time fishing and is close with his parents and sister.

Matthew Boggs - Apprentice

Matthew is a third-year electrical apprentice who has developed a strong foundation in the trade through hands-on experience in the field. His favorite part of the job is watching homes come together and taking pride in being part of the process from start to finish. Matthew enjoys knowing his work plays a role in creating safe, functional spaces for homeowners.

He’s known for following directions carefully, asking questions when needed, and bringing a crazy sense of humor to the job site that keeps the team laughing. Outside of work, Matthew enjoys fishing or shooting and is a proud dog dad to his dog, "Sassy".
