Cody began his career in the electrical trade the day after graduating high school, gaining hands-on experience while pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration at Pensacola State College. In January of 2024, he earned his Florida Unlimited Electrical Contractor License, followed by Alabama in the spring of 2025. He oversees day-to-day field operations, supervising projects completed by field technicians, and manages all estimates to ensure quality and accuracy. 

Known for his dedication, expertise, and commitment to excellence, he leads every project with professionalism and care. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing the Gulf Coast, cheering on Alabama football, and spending time with family, while actively supporting local veteran organizations in honor of his father and grandfather. 

   Haley began her career working with Escambia County schools and Autism Pensacola before shifting her focus to business. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in General Studies from the University of West Florida in 2024 and now oversees the day-to-day business operations at Premier Electric Services, helping lead the company's continued growth and success. Haley takes pride in supporting her team, improving the way the business operates, and helping ensure every customer receives the high level of service Premier Electric Services is known for. 

 Outside of work, Haley has a passion for gardening and giving back to the community through her volunteer work with Pensacola Foster Kittens. She also enjoys boating and spending quality time with her husband, Cody, along the Gulf Coast. 

 April serves as the Office Administrator at Premier Electric Services, where she is often the first friendly voice customers hear when they call. She answers incoming calls, schedules service appointments and estimates, coordinates permits, and helps keep the office running efficiently behind the scenes. As the newest member of the Premier family, she is currently expanding her knowledge of the electrical industry through hands-on training and is committed to providing organized, dependable, and friendly service to every customer she interacts with.

Outside of work, April enjoys treasure hunting for antiques and unique vintage finds, with a passion for restoring and reselling pieces with character. She is happily married, the proud mother of two sons, and loves spending her free time making memories with her grandbaby.

 Justin is a highly experienced electrician with 15 years in the trade. He brings extensive knowledge and a strong background in residential wiring. He handles all service calls for the company while also serving as a strong leader for the team, providing field support to technicians across a variety of projects. Justin takes pride in delivering dependable, high-quality work on every job and is known for his calm, humble demeanor.

Outside of work, Justin is a proud father of two sons and enjoys spending time with his family. He’s an avid golfer, a huge baseball fan, and has spent many seasons coaching his sons on the baseball field.

 Shawn is a well-rounded field technician with 10 years of experience in the electrical trade, bringing a diverse background that spans residential and commercial work. Before becoming an electrician, he worked in framing and concrete, giving him a unique understanding of how projects are built from the ground up. Shawn enjoys every aspect of the electrical field, from residential service work to new construction and commercial projects. He is especially driven by the opportunity to learn something new every day. 

Outside of work, Shawn is a proud father of five and dedicates his free time to his family. You can often find him supporting his sons at their baseball games and enjoying quality time with his kids.

 Cody is a skilled field technician with 4 years of experience in the electrical trade, specializing in new construction. Born and raised in Pensacola, he brings strong local knowledge and a dependable work ethic to every project. Known for his sarcastic sense of humor, Cody is the type of team member who is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right. He has completed training to become a Tesla Certified Installer and plans to obtain his Registered Electrician license in Escambia County in the future.

Outside of work, Cody is a proud father of two young daughters and a devoted cat dad to his cat, "Nubbs". He enjoys Alabama football, trying new restaurants around Pensacola, and spending time at the beach whenever he can.

 Josh is a skilled field technician with 4 years of experience, bringing a strong background in new construction and the ability to handle a wide range of projects. From custom home builds to remodels and panel replacements, he plays a key role on the team. Josh is especially known for his strong communication with contractors and homeowners, always striving to keep projects running smoothly and ensure a great customer experience. His proactive approach and sense of humor make him a valued part of the crew.

Outside of work, Josh is married with a young daughter and values time spent with his family. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and shooting, making the most of his free time outdoors.

Devin is a skilled field technician with 4 years of experience, bringing a wealth of background in new construction along with specialized expertise in standby generator installations. He holds a Generac certification for servicing generators and is known for his craftsmanship, neat work, and attention to detail. Devin takes pride in delivering high-quality work and values the strong relationships he builds with his coworkers.

Outside of work, Devin recently welcomed a son with his girlfriend and enjoys spending his free time with family. When he’s not working or at home, he can often be found playing basketball or cruising around in his Mustang.

 Ethan is a 3rd-year electrical apprentice who enjoys the variety and challenges that come with working in the electrical trade. His favorite part of the job is that every day brings something different, allowing him to continuously learn new skills and tackle new challenges. Ethan enjoys thinking ahead, solving problems, and finding the best way to complete a project efficiently and safely. His strong work ethic and eagerness to learn make him a valued member of the Premier Electric Services team.

Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time kayaking, fishing, and playing board games with friends. He is also currently remodeling his first home, which has given him an even greater appreciation for the construction industry and the craftsmanship involved in building and improving a home.

Elijah is a 2nd-year electrical apprentice and has a strong commitment to learning the trade the right way. His favorite part of the job is the people he works with, and he’s known for following direction exactly as given. When something is explained to him, Elijah makes sure it’s done correctly, safely, and in full compliance with electrical code. He asks questions when unsure and takes pride in doing things the right way.

When he’s not working, Elijah enjoys fishing, shooting pool, and playing video games. He is very close with his parents and four siblings and is a devoted cat dad to his cat, "Perry". Elijah is also famously single — and if conversations slow down, he will gladly fill the silence by reminding everyone that he is, in fact, still looking for a girlfriend.
