We offer new construction services to a limited number of custom home builders here on the Gulf Coast. Additionally, we complete residential remodel work. If you are a GC seeking a quote, please send building plans to our email: office@premierelectricservicesfl.com

If your service panel is outdated, damaged, or undersized, we can replace it for you! We complete both interior and exterior panel replacements weekly. Service Panel Replacements require scheduled outages with your service provider (FP&L, EREC). 

We can install new circuits when needed for home additions such as hot tubs or saunas. If you are interested in a free quote, send your hot tub or sauna specifications sheet to us via email. 

Ceiling fan or lights not working? Outlets not working? Give us a call today to schedule a service call! We will send a technician out to diagnose your problem and provide you with a quote to correct the issue. All residential service calls have a $100 minimum. Any work exceeding $300 requires home owner approval. For service calls in the commercial setting, contact our office for more information. 

Are you a real estate agent, seller, or buyer with an inspection report notating electrical system deficiencies? Email us a copy of your inspection report, and we can provide you with a free quote to make the necessary repairs such as removing cloth wiring, correcting double-tapped breakers, and more! 

If you are concerned about the safety of your home's electrical system, we can complete a thorough electrical safety inspection. Upon doing so, we can provide a you with a quote to make any repairs needed to bring your system up to code standards. All electrical safety inspections are performed by Cody Simpson, Premier Electric Services' Licensee.
